The Zen Zone offers fun-filled yoga classes for the whole family. Check out these creative classes and get ready to get fit and have some fun!
Baby Yogis (birth-crawlers)
This class is aimed at helping new parents adjust to life with baby. Finding time for fitness may seem impossible, but this class incorporates restorative postures for tired new parents, and wonderful stretches and moves for baby too!
 
Laughing Dogs (walking-3 years)
This toddler class will give your blooming lotus some fun
stretches and exercises in a relaxed setting. We incorporate animal puppets, poses and sounds into our time, making this class a big hit with the pre-school set!
Story Time Yoga (1-4 years)
Stories come alive with yoga poses, puppets and songs! This is an exceptional way to relax, play and learn!
Roaring Lions (3 ½- 5 years)
Little ones in this age group are really ready to embrace using their bodies in fun, energetic ways! Roaring Lions work on learning poses, songs and games, but we also begin to introduce breathing and relaxation techniques. Ahhhhhh!

The Zen Family (ages 4 and over)
This time will help your family come together with a wonderful fulfilling and enriching activity! Spending time together this way will help strengthen bonds that will last a lifetime. The Zen Family instructors incorporate poses that can be widely modified to any level of flexibility and fitness. A good time will be had by all!
Radiant Child (6- 9 years)
This class will tune your radiant child into their core strength and focus, all hidden inside fun and games! This time will also place an emphasis on respect of self and others. Fit, focused and fun!
In The Zone (9 1/2 and over)
This is the time to learn lifelong skills to improve flexibility and focus. By giving kids in this age group tools to deal with social and academic pressures, they can be empowered to handle whatever may come their way!
Zen Adult (adults only)
This gentle yoga class is designed to help you bring peace, calm and mindfulness into your life. Cultivate your powerful inner resources to build ways to cope with life’s stressors and develop new habits you can carry with you the rest of your life. All skill levels welcome.
Yoga 101 (adults, 12 and over)
New to yoga? Need a refresher? Yoga 101 is a step-by-step basics class that teaches yoga fundamentals. Whether you are new to yoga, bringing someone in who is new, or you just want to make sure you are practicing proper alignment, this class will help you build a solid foundation for your yoga practice. It is a relaxed atmosphere where questions are welcom during class. This is a great way to begin or enhance your yoga journey!
Pilates (adults, 12 and over)
Try this wonderful workout that builds strong, lean muscles. Pilates focuses on a strong core which includes back and abdominals. Rather than strengthening muscles by shortening them, Pilates creates long, strong, lean muscles. This class is appropriate for any skill level and is a wonderful addition to your yoga practice.
Mama Mia! (adults only)
Whether you're preparing for the arrival of your new little yogi, or you're just a busy mom needing some "me" time, this gentle hatha-style yoga class was designed just for you!
Sports Conditioning Yoga
A whole new way to resistance train! Yoga can help athletes develop better breathing techniques while improving balance, flexibility, core strength and endurance. The Zen Zone can come to your location to train your team, or you can bring your team to us! Call or email for more details.
