How can fit and active kids benefit from
yoga?
In the last several years, there has been a tremendous movement among
athletes to improve core strength. Doing this allows an athlete to excel
in his or her areas of interest by preventing injuries and utilizing their
inner focus and energy. Yoga can help take an athletic child to the next
level.
Do kids want to do yoga?

Will yoga interfere with our religious
beliefs?
Absolutely not. While some Eastern religions incorporate yoga into their
beliefs, yoga itself is not a religious practice. Mindfully practicing
yoga can enhance your quality of life and your state of mind regardless
of what your belief system involves. People all over the world, of all
religious backgrounds have discovered that yoga can help them strengthen,
focus and find peace and happiness.
