Description:	The Zen Zone has designed programs to help you make healthy lifestyle choices, show you that fitness CAN be fun, and to learn tools to deal with stress, pressure and their feelings. Choose one of our programs and complete one of the badges listed below.
Who:	All age levels
Schedule:	Private session requires a minimum of 10 girls. /Call for open session dates.
Location:	The Zen Zone 413 NW Murray Road Lee's Summit, MO 64081 **ask about a program at your location too!
Cost per Girl:	$15.00
Fee Includes:	All the requirements for the badge and a light, healthy snack (snack provided for 2-hour on-site programs only)
Bring:	Comfortable clothing and a smile! Teens, bring a notebook.
